Times have changed?

Dear Uncle Fenster,
I was at my club last night with my little lady and she was rabbiting on about something (I really wanted to play snooker with my mates but wasn't allowed) So yes, while she was droning on I decided to listen to the conversation between a young maid and lad near by. Now he was obviously trying to get into her knickers but he was telling her "Interesting facts about UPS" and I was thinking 'eh?' You see, I'm wondering if thats how you pull the opposite sex these days - now if I woke up single one day would I need to forget all the old school stuff of applying lots of alcahol and poor pick up lines or start conversations about package delivery companies?
