greetings as 'at last' a fellow Fightin' Irish!

Post by Beowolff » Tue Mar 01, 2005 3:39 am

yes, greetings all, my fine Irish friends!

really and truly, I am proud to be in such fine and dandy company here... i would like to take this small moment to say it's a true pleasure to be accepted by the wonderful lads in this brotherhood. i am sure, no finer friends exists anywhere within the six spheres.

and that Falcon... whew! what a spout he put up for me on the front page, the 'complete' Beowulf text... goodness. (but i don't remember that part about the 'special' friends to the goat part in the original... ) :?

ah, perhaps i missed it somewhere.

yes, happy i am this day... but... psssst! (i have to tell ya, that direct communication with God is a 'tad' un-nerving. i near wet my pants over that little episode. is that normal? ---i mean the wetting the pants when confronted with divine intervention? should i wear pampers next time? what to do?)

anyway, hope to eventually meet all of you fine lads face to face and get a chance to play the great game IL2/FB/Aces/PF with all of you soon.

Salute!

Ok folks....

Post by :FI:Fenian » Tue Mar 01, 2005 7:11 pm

who has 'appropriated' the squad buffalo prod?????

Willie - you scaring the folk on the highway?

Dan - you poking the pilots to get money out of them?

Gurb - someone try to run out on their overdraft?

Beo is waiting for teh games to begin. He's got the rubber ducky gloves and slippers and his pink floral nightie is freshly pressed and starched....

Be kind boys - but not gentle

er, that's all right, Mister Fenian... sir. uh, i still have the old Lair buffalo prod, and have repeatedly used it upon myself... why, just today, in fact, sir. WHOA! see?

there i went again and used it upon myself! wow...THAT hurt!

so...ha ha ha... there's NO need to be using the FI buffalo prod...as that would be QUITE redundant, ya see.

:(

and knowing how Irish HATE redundacy, i wouldn't want to be the cause of any trouble.

WHOA---HOT DAMN! there i go again with the ole prod! yep, guess we should just forget about all that redundant stuff... what ye say?

Salute!

Let´s drag a potato to the hangars, and get this Irishman airborn....

potato dragging...

I remember when I was a lad.....

We had spuds back then, but not a lot.... and we used to drag 'em all over the joint....

Great fun it was. Almost more fun than staring at the town midget while he hung naked from the school gate on Thursday mornings singing 'My Way' and asking for our lunch money in return for 'favours'.

But we knew spud dragging was where it was really at....

:)

Question - can you cook a spud with a cattle prod?

If so we are sucking diesel!!!! (as they say in the boglands when one is happy)

Now Beo, you know I am trying to join this fine group of lads. No embarrassing tall tales about me until I at least get accepted. Deal?
