Possibly , but don't think it will have the immersion factor of a solid HOTAS setup.

might be good for windows 8, not sure how long it would be until your looking for the mouse again!

OK, that's a nifty bit of tech, but I don't see how it could be useful enough in a Flight Sim.
Still, pretty cool!
