ahhh... but i've been around here so long that i'm fairly certain the application "wasn't" there the first time i came through. (or was it? too many lost brain cells in the in between to remember clearly. sigh...)
and being welcomed once so long ago, i had little need to go back to the welcome page again.
anyways, as luck and the gods would have it. i 'did' stumble across it, and am happy to say, managed to fill it out to its completeness. i couldn't actually sign my name (us hill folk can't write) but did manage to grunt my way through the questions and make the proper hand signals to good effect... and for my signature, conjured up a fair model of a X, on the proper line.
with all of that in order, i'm on to my assigned task.
