What is the FI base line 1946?

Post by :FI:Igor » Sun Jul 05, 2009 9:56 pm

I'm confused (my natural state). What is the sequence/procedures for the mods/add-ons for the 'version' that we fly on our Sunday coops? I've got so many versions/mods/add-ons on my machine that it takes me atleast two minutes to get into a game; I can pretty much forget about using HL.

Igor (and no I wasn't drinking Sunday!)

Igor Old Spud, don't know what the rest of these types are running, well that's not entirely true, but it's damned early on a Sunday I can tell you! What you need my son is some good 'ole whateveritis....hyst, Hysterical Encounters! 409b1m! Modded or Rocked, can't rememmmebre, anyway, Friday, 7 pm. mtn. Get details and skins from Falcon...I'd do it but I'm exhausted.
Would be spot on if you could join us.
Until Friday then.

Gah! Stop mentioning me in your dispatches Mike! It just gets me into more trouble and I can barely handle how to feed myself and find the purring end of my ferret.

Anyway Igor, we use 4.09b1M with as few extra mods as possible. Last month, we needed 4.08 on hand when a new member wasn't quite up to full speed. That's it really. The "Tiger Moth" mod was harmless, but could have been a bit of a snag if the gods hadn't have been looking on today.

Does this answer your question?

Everyone keeps saying "4.09b1m" "4.09b1m".

Were using 4.09b1m on Fridays 2000hrs Central.

Clean Install of '46.
Patch it up to 4.08.
Install the version 1.1 installer from AAA.

That's as clean as you can get for Friday.

The Tiger Moth mod is a bit funky to install, but if you feel you need it go for it. It will not interfere with anything.

Just remember...

Several of us know where you live.

:)

Please join us on Fridays.
After the Kim Chee, of course. :)
...and wear your feckin' mask!!!!! :x
