NVIDIA 7800 gtx for sale

Post by :FI:COM » Fri Jul 20, 2007 4:26 pm

GENTS~

I have two SLI NVIDIA 7800 gtx video cards; the only thing they need is a card link connector, which I believe would be very cheap to buy. The cards are used (me) but in great condition. Retail on these is around $300.00 U.S. But I am willing to sell to any FI mate for much less. PM me if youre interested-first come, first served. ~S~

O.K. In the interest of raising the technological level of the poorest FI pilot, I heretofore submit my cards to any mate remotely interested in owning said video cards. PM me- no dosh doown.

Okay, okay ...

in the interest of New Yawk- N'Awlins cultural diversity ...

I can exchange my 7800 GTX cards with your 7800 GTX cards.

They can learn more about each other's unique sociological differences

and become more rounded contributing members of our vast colorful and ever-changing world.

Com,

Seriously, that's a nice gesture. I'm surprised you didn't get a PM or three about the offer. The 7800GTX is still a wicked hot card.

So, what are you getting in their place?

Yeah, it might still be a wicked hot card ... but what can I do when I´m still wicked broke, uh?

.....Rabbit out of the hat, it seems. I've already installed NVIDIA 8800 GTS's, as the 7800's could'nt support my monitor (that's what Gateway told me). I'm not expecting sainthood, but I just wanted to pass on some tech to FI gents who I know would appreciate said wires/chips/fans..~S~

Plus, I don't like to mix money with friends. :)

Why? I do it all the time. Falcon owes me $7.20 and I'm sending Unka Guido to lean on him as we speak.

But it is a nice offer. But I opted to go with the 8800 Ultra which I heard blows up your PC with sheer power. Hope you get a sale for the cards. If no takers here I suggest e-bay.

Then I guess Oleg and the boys better get their fingers out - or were you thinking Christmas 2008

Not sure if you are still looking for a good home for these cards. I have a single ATI X1550 card so I guess one (or both?) of these would be a step up for me but as I am in the UK then shipping would be a problem.

PM me if we can work something out?
