Missus says I can order up a new HOTAS setup with pedals.
Played with CH at CompUSA, but didn't like either the looks or feel. Decided on X52 series, but undecided as to X52 or X52 Pro.
I like the looks of the Pro better then the 52, but have not been able to get any "hands-on" with it.
Any suggestions/recommendations?
Thx.
X52 or X52 Pro?

Done!
Read a few online reviews and just ordered the X52 Pro and Pedals w/toe brakes.
Should be here just in time to go back to work.

GOT 'EM!
VERY nice!
Much better quality than the X36 system I lovingly wore out. Plenty of metal in the construction...Very solid feel. No probs with the installation...the included software is not even needed, but installed it anyway to enable the MFD functions. The pedals are far and away better than the old Thrustmaster set I originally had...adjustable pedal size...adjustable pedal friction...TOE BRAKES!!!!!!
Time well spent programming the functions...went from about 9 functions on the old ST-290 to 39 available on the X52 Pro. Nice to limit the interaction on the keyboard. I can spend more time actually flying instead of searching for that elusive key!
Discovered quite quickly that Carrier Ops are a real b#tch now, but eventually I'll get the hang of it.
