Gods of the Sand, by Lynnon Bullman: In 1920, a mysterious bit of broken tablet found at a dig leads a large university expedition out into the blazing sun and sand of Egypt on a quest for priceless artifacts and or great treasure. Will they find that fame and treasure? Or will they find only ancient curses and horrible death? Or will the old gods of the sand be merciful in exchange for something very base and human-like? Revenge!
