Shared Kills

Post by Nephris » Mon Nov 11, 2013 4:51 pm

Since 4.12 we got the option to use "shared kills".
I didnt check the log file, how shared kills are mentioned here.

Would it be possible to add this feature into the parser, or is the amount of work to change the code not relative to the use of the shared kills in the stats?

I don't see any mention of shared kills in the logs so I can't parse it.

Right, I still led it disabled, as I didnt want to break the kills of the log file.
We will meet thursday again for our weekly flying evening, and we ll produce some shared kills for the log, whichI ll post here then.

I take it back. The logs do record a shared kill but in a horrible way; both pilots names are recorded seperated by the word and.

This is what is causing the issue with the parsing. For the moment I am going to ignore the shared kill and get the logs sorted.

Will worry about the shared kill later.

Stats script and setup

Hi Eammon,
hope everything is fine.
We are still flying Il21946 in a generated DCG envirenment but as coop due less players of course.
However we would like to track our stats in a proper way as the MLR does.

You wrote the il2stats parser and php code, but i am just too stupid to set it up.
Maybe you got some time to help me in setting it up?

Nephris

Speaking of online wars, us old FI boys are in talks about hosting one of our old online wars, from the creators of the Bellum wars.

It's a fairly straight forward online war not as complex as the DCG's but it's a fairly solid concept and when u report the mission you can see the immediate effects on the website map helping you quickly decide whats required for the next mission. It's coop style but each mission lasts from 30-40 mins. If your unfortunate enough to get killed just jump back into HL with others who are ready to host another. You can launch multiple missions not having to wait for one mission to end. (if enough players)

I've re-loaded one of the old maps we used in the past. I'd expect us to just use this again, maybe quickly go over the plane set.

http://www.fibow.co.uk

Have a look at the front map, the manual and you should see a sliding image on the front screen that has the planeset.

If you can't join it's no problem just thought I'd let you know.

P.s it keeps your stats and creates a nice html report of each mission. :D
