That is why ............. Join the pacific fighters!

Post by Fartking » Fri Nov 19, 2004 12:57 pm

Hello guys:

Maybe this is very stupid but i see the pictures on the site of you guys flying the planes from PF.

So i grew up with IL2 on hyperlobby and i think it is great fun flying with you!

But i also wanted to fly PF with the fighting Irish!

So the question is:

where can i join you in the Pacific? Is it Hyperlobby ( donot think so!) or another server.

i found out that the stand alone installment works best.....the combination: FB . ace expension and PF doesnot work at all at this moment!

I hope you can help me!

Now when i thought about it.... i have no problem flying with russian planes... a plane is a plane. And if plane is good, sure i´ll fly with it, no matter where it was originally manufactured...

If i cared about it, i wouldn´t have much choice in planes, since beeing allied with Germany, Finland was at war against Brits and American´s too :?

Just take a closer look on the server descriptions on HL in the "Forgotten Battles Lobby" ... most of them give you a brief overview of what the server offers you ... actually there´re lots of PF servers already out there ... 8)

Some of the guys have the merged version (FB+AEP+PF), some of them the pure PF only and some of them both versions installed. I´m afraid but you´ve to check out the verision of the server before you enter the game ...

Nonetheless ... just give it a try and ask the folks ... you´ll receive an answer ... somehow ... ;)

PS: I don´t like to fly German (although I´m German!) and Japanese planes either ... :)

Yep, just good old hypper lobby under forgotten battles :D Look for servers with PF in the description. I'm hosting the combined version of PF+AEP+FB, try out the latest patch, it fixed a lot of problems. See you online m8!

Altogether 163 planes, english, American and German , crashed in Ireland during WWll. 607 crew members died, 223 survived. While the Germans remained interned many of the others were allowed to return home.
