He's either a person from Ireland who has lived abroad for a few years or is living abroad @ the moment: while being very close to how an Irish man would react there are some striking differences.
(1) An Irish Man if approached by a person w/h that stupid accent who is holding a microphone would have (a)Told him to f**k off (b) Become so enraged @ the thought of the subject matter that he would beat the dude to death with the microphone.
(2)The only men who are that age in Ireland and wear Sunglasses are pedophile priests.
(3)Where do you get sun like that in Ireland and for the sun to last long enough for an Irish person to bother w/h sunglasses.
My guess is pedophile priests hiding out in Canada
