Post by :FI:Genosse » Tue Jun 24, 2008 8:57 pm

Folks!

Don´t beat me but I thought it might be a good idea to fill this part of the BB with new content again. This time I´d like to present you some instructions to take off in a Bf-109E-4 ... no big deal as you know but it might give some of the peeps out there some new information ... ;)

Very nicely done!!

I have no tail wheel lock designated.. I prefer to hammer it right off the bat, swing wildly for a few hundred feet, get the speed up to about 200, and then crank a bit of nose up trim and a LOT of right rudder to keep the wings level when she blasts off like a homesick angel. Excitement on take off gets the adrenaline flowing. ;)

I'll have to try your technique. :D I would think that your technique would be a LOT better when playing online due to actually managing your take off rather than flinging it aloft as do, due to the latency issues involved in online play.

Keep up the good info.
