Armed Assault sessions

Post by :FI:Bluebell » Mon Apr 16, 2007 10:36 pm

Guys, we need some assistance on the battlefield, myself and Greg are giving the bad guys a jolly good thrashing, but it needs a team effort.
So if its possible can we get together for a couple of hours one night and see how we manage?

I have the game and it looks great. I'm still trying to qualify on the firing range though.

The new US version out of the box is v 1.06.5151.

Whether this is the latest US patch or not I don't know, but until the Euro-type dudes get compatible with that I'm forced to play with myself. I don't like playing with myself much. That's why I got married.

I'll pop on over to the support sight when I get the time. I hope things work out.

1.06 and 1.07 Patch Information
Written by Jimboob
Wednesday, 02 May 2007

Maruk on the BI Forum's has posted information concerning the changes in the 1.06 version and the 1.07 patch.

We're finalizing patch 1.07 that will unify all versions of ArmA available, including the US release in all areas necessary to online multiplayer compatibility. Note that some of the features will remain exclusive to the US version ArmA: Combat Operations (most notable is probably A10 single player scenario and new cutscenes in the campaign made specifically for the US release) that was released by Atari yesterday.

We intend to release this patch first as a public release candidate first before we move on full official release.

~~~~~~~
The date of this uberunion patch seems fuzzy, but it shouldn't be too far away if I understand this muck correctly.
