Re: Bessarabia - Development
Each side tends to focus on its weaknesses & the other side's strengths. As said here , my post probably sounded too whiny... I voted for modded IL-2 just because I'm used to it. Haven't really tested 4.12 until now. From the last work of Daidalos, I expect it to be good but still lacking the m...

Re: The ongoing JG42 war
I did about 2 hours of offline testing against AAA from both sides. Will share results later on if they seem worth sharing. Was this the blue AAA giving you troubles? http://www.endlager.net/fi/wp-content/uploads/dm-albums/01Sep13/01091330_JG42_Moscow_02.jpg If it was: I remember having troubles wi...

Re: Bessarabia - Development
Yay! Planeset discussions! :D I also proposed Yogi's Planeset to Nephris... ;) But here I'll just post my extremely wise and important comments to every plane: A-20 Please not. It's a Spit with to engines. And I don't mean 4.11 and later Spits ... Just a joke with wings. FAB 1000 apparently weights ...

Re: The ongoing JG42 war
Well I don't think anyone blames you, Neph. I can understand the red frustration, as blue seemingly advances unhindered for the last few months. But there are 2 things (at least... ) to consider: 1. Us poor blue fools fight very hard for every tank we destroy. Taking 2 with a bomb is consider...

Re: The ongoing JG42 war
Wow... Nephris wrote in our forum you got some questions and he is short on time. So he asked for someone to answer your questions. I would not have said I'll have look had I known about this... DCG is a black box for the blue pilots, too - Including me it seems. So while I am unable ...

Re: The ongoing JG42 war
Greetings, Men of Ireland! I hope you were able to overcome the planeset problems we had in the past. I'm here to report a sad incident that happened in the first mission last Sunday. At the very start of this mission I was attacking Kubinka area with a 110, accompanied by another 110 and a 109. Aft...

Re: Holiday Session August 2013
Sounds fine, Genosse!
I'll be on your TS server.
Starting time is 2000 hours 'berlin time'?
Which version do you fly? (4.12 is installed, but not tested on my system...)
See you tomorrow!

Re: Holiday Session August 2013
Greetings Gentlemen! I would like to fly with you guys this Sunday. At the moment I do not know about the other guys, but I'm sure some would also like to join you. So - are you up to something tomorrow? What are the plans? Do I need the bring my own ammunition and beer? Do you have cozy blankets? S...

Re: The ongoing JG42 war
We could stop tracking them if they are a cause of concern ? It's not the statistics, whatever the damn cops may say! It's just that I noticed in some moments it may change the way I react... Besides that they are very interesting and definitely more than just for measuring genitals or boosti...

Re: The ongoing JG42 war
In past wars it was ruled out because of the progressively bad feelings between teams it generated. Some fighter squads did little else than sit out of range of base flak and wait for landing planes at the end of the mission. Forums then filled with hate. Seems you predicted it correctly... :( I di...

Re: The ongoing JG42 war
It is a great idea to keep the sunday evening dates alive awhile august, each of our pilots that are not in holidays, are fine for some coops. This is what pretty much everybody involved in the current campaign has agreed to. Some pilots will be on holiday during august (like Miau and myself) , so ...

Re: The ongoing JG42 war
Do your guys have some good ideas for what we do on the Sundays in August? Is there interest in joining us and flying some other sorts of missions during that period... maybe some coop missions made for 4.12 or something like that? So far there are no plans I am aware of. I'll ask the boys about it...

Re: The ongoing JG42 war
Greetings! Actually we've never received it from the guy you said was going to take over the task of updating that file. That would be me... I tried to update the list using the squadron.dcg provided by Nephris. But it turned out this file does not show any info about downgrades. Therefore th...
