I have a dogfight mission done for the Moscow map - kind of practise for the campaign
I could dust off some old Korea missions if jets are in vogue?

Re: Your FI name, why?
Not much to say about mine. My name is Neil Pearse and my wife's pet name for me is Nelly P, which became Nellip when I was looking for an online call sign. Boring huh? Slightly more interesting is my avatar picture, which is of my namesake Padraig Pearse who was one of the leaders of the 1916...

Re: The ongoing JG42 war
I think you a nearly finished article now Eamonn, super job
I have a few unknown objects that need tidying up, and the percentages for destroyed objects on the individual screen needs rounding down to a sensible number but those are the only issues I can see.

Re: The ongoing JG42 war
Just checked the stats and they look more like it now.
I am getting a runtime error if I try and get into the individual stats but the summary numbers look right.

Re: The ongoing JG42 war
Really great work Eamonn, looks great. Some of the logic needs work but we ( that is you  ) can work on that! My own stats for air kills looks very flattering but cannot be right  it says I have shot down 24 Ju52's if I read it right? I have downed a couple, so maybe it's counting crew kil...

Re: The ongoing JG42 war
Yeah, we really sufferd by beeing totally outnumbered at 1:2 at its best. Have to commandeer some liable and persistent veterans (auch Beutegermanen genannt) for next time. Know how that feels - that was the FI experience until the Java crew joined us! A few more blue would be good....................

Re: JG42 Moscow Campaign FI Skins (Summer)
Looks good to me Frank.
Great work. Il4 is not my ride of choice ,but I did fly one sortie in it and had a surprisingly good time in it.

Re: The ongoing JG42 war
Good to see you guys there. Nice to be on level terms for a change :D I doubt if Nephris was calling you a "cheater", after all you can fly your plane how you want right? I got my Yak in a flat spin at one point :( , that was my choice. :D I think it was probably just German/Dutch humour, ...

Re: War Thunder Beta
I've tried it. Just like flying every mission as our P11 Xmas special!!! Crap plane fest in a whirling, tail chasing, furball. OK as a casual distraction, and the graphics are good and it runs nice and smooth, but it's a game, not a simulation. It may be better if you buy the additional content to g...

Re: January 20th, 2013
He is sort of attached to the squadron, not sure if he ever joined officially. We are fairly relaxed about that. I think the comment may have been a joke at his expense! At one point one of our guys, Pike, said he thought he saw a 109, but then I did a pass over the plane and it was a Yak with red s...
