Re: The ongoing JG42 war
Nephris I'm not sure what u use to host these missions but we have a dedicated server with good bandwidth. It has the il2 dedicated server with HSFX installed. If you are interested we could host a mission and see if the high ping issue goes away. This would allow more players to join, reduce load t...

So.... we found our new Blenheim then?1.JaVA_Jojo wrote:. I then went on to pursue the remaining Bf. He was climbing, i was following.
Then Nephris (in that Bf) chatted that I was not proper flying, telling me that "a IL2 should never pursue a Bf in a climb"

Re: Wireless Router a No-Go For Hosting?
If your external address changes that doesn't matter, you just have to find out what it has changed to, give out that IP and the router will still direct it to your pc's internal address. if you type in "what is my ip address" in google it will confirm what your current external address is...

Re: Wireless Router a No-Go For Hosting?
I do recall that the last time I tried setting a static IP, my ISP (Comcast) went ahead and changed my IP so that it no longer matched the static, causing the network to go tits up. Murph, That should not happen, Here's how it works. you have an internal and external address, your internal address ...

Re: Question About RAM
Thanks Dan. I've decided to buy new RAM for the new rig and give the current one to a good friend who could use an upgrade. Which bring me to another question; If I wipe clean the drive and re-install Win7 64 in the current rig using the HP built-in utility, can he just use the PC without having to...

Another driver Nix. I had the same crap with a new driver so ununstalled and use an older driver. Have a search around other Forums before you go taking off the driver though. Could just be a setting in your game or graphics card setup. No doubt other people have had this issue. I downloaded a codec...

Re: RoF server stuff

RDP not the best for displaying high end graphics etc.) If using RDP, what happens when you put in the server IP, what error? Fairly normal that you can't ping the server this h...
